Cancellation, Refund & Satisfaction Policy
At GloWell Hair Spa, we are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring you leave feeling confident and beautiful. To maintain fairness to both our clients and our stylists, we have the following policies in place:
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Late Arrivals:
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service to fit the remaining time.
If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and the full service fee will be charged.
Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit of $1 will be required to secure your appointment. This deposit will go toward your service total unless the cancellation policy is violated.
No Refund Policy:
We do not offer refunds for services rendered. However, if you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact the salon within 72 hours of your appointment.
We will gladly invite you back for an adjustment or correction at no additional charge.
Alternatively, we may offer a credit toward a future appointment at our discretion.
